How to play Cryptomonopoly?

Cryptomonopoly: Crypto Game in the Web3 World

Cryptomonopoly is an online game where players interact with cryptocurrencies based on the "Play-to-Earn" logic in the web3 world. Built upon the foundation of the classic Monopoly, the game revolves around trading and bankrupting other players, with a focus on earning CP tokens.

Basic Objective of the Game: Players aim to develop their crypto assets by investing in the top 40 cryptocurrencies listed on CoinMarketCap, reaching the positions of Shark and Whale, and earning cryptocurrency according to the game dynamics.

Game Dynamics:

  • Cryptomonopoly is played with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 players.

  • At the beginning of the game, each player chooses a pawn representing a crypto exchange (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Bitstamp, Gate.io).

  • Players can enter rooms on the game board by paying a specified amount of cryptocurrency. For example, if 8 players are entering a 1000 CP room, each player pays 125 CP.

  • Players move forward by rolling dice and encounter various events on different squares of the game board.

Game Board and Pawns:

  • The game includes 8 pawns, each representing the top 8 exchanges with the highest trading volume in the last 24 hours, sourced from CoinMarketCap.

  • The game board consists of 40 squares, each representing one of the top 40 cryptocurrencies on CoinMarketCap.

Game Elements:

  • 60 cards

  • 32 Shark figures

  • 12 Whale figures

  • 2 dice

  • Crypto Chance Cards

Square Play Strategy:

  • After purchasing a square, players have the chance to become a Shark and then a Whale in a specific sequence.

  • To win the game, a player must expand their crypto assets and bankrupt other players.

Game Objective:

  • The goal is for players to expand their crypto portfolios, invest in other players' properties, and ultimately hold the entire CryptoMonopoly world, bankrupting other players.

  • Monopoly bankruptcy rules: In a 4-player game, the game ends when one player goes bankrupt; in a 6-player game, it ends with two bankrupt players; and in an 8-player game, it ends with three bankrupt players.

How to Play the Game:

  • Accumulate as much cryptocurrency as possible by navigating the game board. Once you pay the price to purchase a crypto property, it becomes yours.

  • To win the game, you must finish without going bankrupt before the game concludes.

Cryptomonopoly provides an exciting experience by presenting the world of cryptocurrencies in a fun and competitive game format. Players can engage in deals, buy, sell, or trade crypto assets, simulating real-world crypto trading.
